Actually, the natur matched perfectly. I just did my fronts as the back seems to never have been sat upon (not even the small pressure creases present) As to the grain, remember that unless you are comparing to a brand new M5 (lucky you) the leather comes from the factory with a bit more texture than is present after several thousand miles of wear.
