Compression Test results???? (archive)

I just had a compression test done on an
M5 I am looking to buy. Are these results good??
156, 160, 160, 158, 161, 157 on Dry Compression.
What else do I need to look for?? The car has
189,000 miles and a rebuilt head at 145, 000. He wants
$8,000 for it....seem fair??
