Longevity of E28 M5? (archive)

I'm going to look at an '88 M5 with 225k miles. It's had the same owner since '89, and has been "regularly serviced" at a reputable independent BMW shop. Assuming it's had it's regular valve adjustments, fluid changes, etc., how many more miles can I expect to get from the car. Anybody out there have more than 225k miles on their's? Assuming that nothing major is wrong with it, what is a fair price?
