I ended up buying a microfiche for the M5 on Ebay for my car. I then had to find a reader that would read the jumbo size microfiches. It certainly doesn't tell you how to do anything, but does give detailed parts breakdowns as well as all the actual BMW part numbers. This makes it easier to cross reference some parts.

how hard is it to get the bmw service repair manual, or is there any type of manual out there. Right now, i have the chilton, and bentley.
