perhaps look for E32 instead of 750. you'll need the carrier (a bracket) and the caliper, but it is a straight bolt on. Also you must then use the E32 rotor (which you can use even if you keep the E28M5 calipers). You'll end up with slightly more braking force on the front wheels and some notice the brake pedal goes slightly closer to the floor because the E32 calipers displace a little more fluid. the biggest benefit, i believe, is that when it comes time to rebuild an E32 single piston caliper, it is much easier than the cumbersome 4 piston units. For street use, if you don't mind the tedious process of rebuilding the 4 piston calipers (assuming the bores and pistons are good), the E28 stock calipers are plenty good.
