I am a firm believer in BMW design & engineering, from 33 years of owning them. Most people who slam it do so because they don't understand it, IMNSHO. I will send you a copy of a compilation I made of articles, mostly from the M Register, and including the Danial Ma one, on maintaining the SLS, in an email directly to you. It is in Word format & will open easily in Word 97 or later. Please tell me what you think of it.

FYI, for what you will end up paying to replace your SLS, you can repair it -using what I send you- AND maintain the integrity and value of the car!!
