Yup:
Brakes, Sway Bars, Self Leveling Rear Suspension, Rear View Mirror, Rear Diff Ratio... I am sure there are some more. I am not an M expert, but hopefully some day I will!

SO IN A NUT SHELL, THE MAIN DIFFERENCES BETWEEN AN '86 M5 (E28), AND AN '86 M535i (E28) EURO ARE

-INDIVIDUAL THROTTLES
-24 VALVE MOTOR
-TWIN CAM?

ANYTHING ELSE?
