I need your help again. I had a little accident a couple of weeks ago and taco'd the front bumper on my E28 M5.

Anyway, you can have ANY US E28 front bumper stripped and powdercoated satin black. There are also painting processes to paint aluminum, but I don't think it sticks very well. Look in the Yellow Pages for powdercoating shops. Most can do parts over 10' long. I'm nearly 100% sure the factory aluminum "Shadowline" parts are simply powdercoated satin black.
