Yes, I have some now. It's much thinner than shoe polish. In fact it was perfect to tint the inside of my clear side marker lenses in the bumpers. It works great on later model vehicles that have the black rocker panels below the doors.
It dries very quickly and tints your fingers real well too.

...or it may be called "black again." In either case I understand it's like black shoe polish for the hard rubber.
