Oil*Flo is produced and distributed by Titan Laboratories in Mountain View, California.

For more product information and a complete list of dealers visit titanlabs.net

Zymol produces a product called Strik that is designed to remove Cosmoline and Paraffin. Strik is typically a milder concentration which is safer around delicate paint finishes as it is non-caustic, acid-free, chlorine-free citric oil-based.

Technical Assistance is another FAQ site that discusses Cosmoline removal.

I have seen a few BMW engines with a coating that seems to yellow and peal with age. My engine is starting to do this and I don't really like it. Has anyone removed this coating entirely? Has anyone replaced it?
