on board trip computer (archive)

I'm having problems with the on board trip computer, it functions only with the time, date, and temperature. All other functions do not work. Is this a repairable item? I have removed the computer and looked for the obvious, but could find nothing that looked broken or blown. Any help or advice on this would be appreciated. The good news is that the display bulbs still work correctly! Thanks,
