it would drop right in... but... engine swaps are never simple. there's the brain... wiring harness differences for lots of sensors. the transmission is different... will it bolt up? perhaps. or is another transmission different length... also requiring new drive shaft? there are many issues to study.
it would probably be cheaper to find a used M engine.
