WYB - 3 bolt flange from the Euro S-38 headers (archive)

I an installing the Euro headers on my US, M6 and the mating 3 bolt flange to the one captive on the headers is unavaliable from BMW parts. Does anyone have one of these flanges they cut off there header or a Euro resonator that has the mating flange on it for sale?
