My '85 535 is really starting to rub me the wrong way.

First, ever since I bought it 1.5 years ago the fresh air fan whines occasionally.

Second, the ABS light use to only come on occasionally eluding to a fault, now it is on all the time. Front sensors check out ok, but where the hell are the connections to check rears? Yes, the hubs and sensors were cleaned.

Third, the wipers use to no function right, so I fixed some cold solder joints on the relay and it worked fine. Now the wipers don't shut off sometimes.

Forth, the A/C works intermitantly (I want my intermitant wipers to work, not my A/C intermitantly). I just spent about $200 to have the system converted and charged about 2 months ago and it worked well until now.

Fifth, the water temp guage does not work. Yes, the board batteries were replaced and the brass nut tightened. It worked for a while, now back to inoperable mode. But when it did work, the temp and fuel guage use to bounce all the time like it was a 2002 with the turn signals on.

Uggh, The quest for Bavarian perfection is not going too well.
