Getting your seats re-covered is a fairly significant challenge. Finding a company that specializes in leather restoration may be easy, but finding a company that can do good work is another ball game. Guru, Frank Fahey in San Diego, California specializes in everything M. One of the services that he offers is complete leather and interior work. When the leather is too badly damaged to be saved the last resort is retrimming. You can either have the entire seat re-pigment dyed, retrimmed or have individual panels replaced. Depending on how poor the overall seat’s condition is, panels can be replaced and color matched, this may be one of your best options because the results are generally good. Florida based Leatherique is a well-known leather care company and can help you locate a qualified leather restoration shop. In agreeing with Lamar Hawkins and Russ C, even some of the best leather jobs, like the one pictured, don’t always look perfect. While the seats may or may not match perfectly they are over filled with stuffing and perhaps will compress and age to the factory specs.

Hi,
I certainly see what you're talking about, which is why I asked him if the new leather was white. One interesting point: Take a look at the driver side door panel. That leather should be all original, and yet the color of the flat part of the panel is distinctly different from the leather on the armrest and the "trim" piece.
Maybe the other pieces have actually darkened over time and are not themselves the original "natur". Anyway, it would certainly be prudent to get a sample piece of new leather and compare it to your interior before spending big bucks on a re-upholstery job. I just was offering this as potentially helpful info.
Regards,
If you look at those pics, the new leather dosen't match the original plastic pcs. These plastic pcs are the sam color as the Natural interior leather!!! If the flash distorted the color, it would distort all the color for the intented frame. Why would the flash distort the leather color and not any other??
The leather in those pics, IMHO, dosen't match the original color. Maybe thats OK for the owner though.
