the horsepower. The main problem is making sure you have the correct driveshaft. If you have a M car with the M5/M6 transmission, (Getrag 280 ??), your driveshaft will be too short for use with the 260. If your installing the 260 from a 535i into an M5 get the driveshaft from that car in addition to the transmission. Then it's plug n play.
