as messages below state, it's definitely on the block, passenger side, near rear of block under exhaust header. obviously don't remove it on a hot engine. also, pick up a new plug and washer from a dealer before removing it... just it case you round it off a little on removal. also i once found gasket stuck, basically welded itself to the plug. put a nice clean new one on.
the tip below about the flexible socket is a good one.
you probably own't find a drain plug in the radiator. on most you'll just have to pull off the hoses... and to fully drain radiator... take it out, turn it on its side. flush it out.
