Best wheel/tire combo for the track? (archive)

I currently run 225/50-16 Yoko A032s on BBS RS wheels. What's the largest tire and wheel that I can fit and is bigger always better for the track? I heard from someone once that one can fit 245s all around and that 265s may be possible on the rear. I have also thought of getting the lightest wheel possible and have heard about the SSR Competition. Any thoughts on this or other options? Does SSR come with the correct offset?

Thanks in advance,

Bailey
