Wow, Mike asks the quetion, Michael has a response, and Miguel has another follow-up. Anyone else notice that?

Remove the cover of the ICV and clean the wiper arm and board with a pencil eraser. Reseal it carefully. Screwing the allen plug out should lower the base CO setting.

To change the idle, you have to unplug the throttle switch, jumper all 3 pins on the wiring plug, start the car, adjust the brass idle screw (out is higher RPM), then remove the jumper and plug it back in.
