The subframe bushings are CHEAP ($30 each), but the labor is a bitch. I did it twice on my M5. Go with factory bushings. The urethane filled ones are noisy.

The diff bushing is almost $200, specific to the M5, and it is probably bad, too. The dogbone links are about $80-100 each. You can change the diff bushing and dogbones yourself, but I'd recommend getting it done at a shop.
