The plastic piece is only abut $20.00 new. The grill for the woofer must be pryed away, that will reviel 4 phillips head screws holding the unit to the deck.

I nead the lower left plastic piece that holds the button that extends the bottom of the seat. Mine has broken attachments and likes to fall off. Also, how do I remove the rear speaker grills. I have a crakling speaker and would like to replace it. I looked in the archive but nothing came up.
