I went back and forth between chips one day. As long as you are very very careful not to fatigue any of the plastic parts inside, you should be fine. Watch out for static... Just take your time. Going back to the stock chip should be fine. As a matter of fact, I was going to try going back to my stock chip and taking out the Dinan just to see any difference.

Sorry for the basic (stupid?) question - was thinking of swapping my stock chip back in to see if my Jim C chip is causing my idle problems - Sheldon and I have the exact same problem, both have Jim C chips (see thread below). Will I mess anything up if I swap the stock back for a day and then swap the Jim C back in?
