It's a load of BS. Just like those magnetic "fuel line conditioners" that increase fuel mileage, increase power, lower operating temps, increase engine life, etc. Don't believe more than 5% of what is said in most infomercials.

The only place you need a "vortex" is right at the injectors and inside the combustion chamber. I'll give you a thousand dollars if you can prove this thing does that on any fuel-injected BMW engine.
