I've been trying to track down information on a salvaged M5. I have the VIN and the Title #. In order for State Farm to give me any information I need a policy number or the previous owners name.

Does anyone know how to translate VIN or Title in to owners name, insurer policy number, salvage history report, police report....., anything !
