It is BS. You want non-turbulent flow until you reach the combustion chamber (to reduce AFM inaccuracy and maximise flow), where tumble and swirl (rotation in two axes) should be carefully designed into the chamber shape, valve design, etc., for the desired combustion characteristic.

Has anyone heard of this product? I saw an infomercial for it today and it seemed to make sense. It makes your incoming air into a vortex that is supposed to make it mix better with the your fuel and give you better gas milage and hp. Does this make sense? It is pretty cheap, so it would nice if it does. Thanks for any information.
