open the hood on the driver's side upon the firewall there is a heater valve by the clutch reservor. It has 4 little screws on it remove the electrical contector off then the screws. Some time this gets gummed up but most of the time you need a rebuild kit. for the dealer. It 's about $27 - 35 dollars for this kit and should be in stock.
