Just curious who you are using to work on your? I was in Miami last year, I used Redline Performance BMW in Pompano. They were the best I had ever been involved with, they knew the car inside and out. I sold Tim his M5....you should chck them out, you may save yourself time and a ton of money!

on our beloved m5's what is the normal position of the temp needle. in my old 528e it was usually between 10 - 12 o'clock, and 12 when it was really hot(like rush hour) but never higher. I know the engines on the s38 run hot, but what do you guys see with your engine. I'm just trying to troubleshoot my temp problem, but first want to know if i even have a problem.
