An ETM will be your friend for days.
Success will depend on the accuracy of your cable labeling as it is removed. It is best to have the cars side by side and label the cable and then go to your Euro M5 and put a lable where the cable end, branch off, routing must go, etc. Otherwise, use a camera to document the cable with your labels before the cable is removed. You can use numbers or the function and connector designation based on the ETM documentation. I suggest the latter. Understanding what you are taking apart will help you install it in your Euro and your labels will match the ETM. Take your time and document everything and it will be as easy as it can be.
I assume you are also installing the US, M5 electronics that go with the US, M5?
