A place in Boca Raton FL, Programa, will check out your ECU or rebuild it if necessary, but ECU problems usually result in a car not running. Perhaps you AFM connector is a problem? Perhaps throttle position sensor? It sure sounds like it doesn't know what you're doing with the throttle. Cold temp sensor?
