Thanks for the tips! clearly I was going to do it the wrong way. I have heard that the plug for the oil hose unscrews from plenum, will try that.

I figure I might as well check out the ICV and the hoses, since I've done just about everything else...


I assume to get at the ICV I need to remove at least the plenum. I figured I would just unscrew six hose clamps and pull the boots off the horns, remove the breather and the oil vent, and that should do it. Any other tips/comments? I assume you don't want to go at it by removeing the first segment of the horns (2 bolts each)...
