Did mine a couple of weeks ago

Engine warm (but not hot)
Thottle fully open
Gas and electrics disconnected

185 psi on each cylinder after 4-5 cranks

Regards

Ian

Recently performed compression test on my M5 and obtained some bizzare results!!Could someone please advise if special consideration is required when running test??Please advise normal procedure and expected range of results. THANKS

Open throttle when cranking engine.
I use the starter pin in the diagnostic connector.

If acouple of your cylinders readings are low, I suggest installing the plugs and running the engine for several minutes. Some timed removing the plugs can dislodge carbon that gets stuck on the valve seat.
