hey guys, quick question of wher hose hooks up to (archive)

i removed the air intake accumulator(the big thing with the 24-6 on it) and forgot where the hose on the bottom connects to. it was off for over 2 day while i removed the starter that was bad.

also, it was very dirty inside, i think of the oil of the k&n filter. has anyone seen this before and what should be the best way to clean it.
