Relays sticky?? Locate the likely culprits and whack w/ a screwdriver.

My '85 E24 has developed a couple of annoying intermittent electric problems (since it's essentially the same car, I figured I'd double my chances by posting here, too):

- The low beams won\'t come on initially, even though, when I switch on the high beams, the low beam lamps go on fine, and they all work when I use the high beam flasher. After a few minutes running the high beams, the low beams work normally.

- The horn only works occasionally.

None of the fuses are blown (nor could they be, I guess, if the things ever work). Obviously there\'s a dirty/weak connection somewhere--anyone have this problem before and have ideas where I ought to check? Thanks for any suggestions.
- T.
