regulator, this should fix your problem because these often fail. If not then you need to look into a problem with either the brake bomb, or the pressure regulator or maybe even the steering box.

Symptoms: When turning steering wheel the brake light
flashes in certain spots lock to lock (I think the same spots every time). It seems like the brake light warning indicator circuit is grounding out on the steering linkage but I see no indication of worn wires or missing insulation.

Any ideas about how to troubleshoot this?
