steering box differences btwn M5, M535i,535i?WHY? (archive)

Anyone know any big differences between these steering boxes? I know that the M535i gets the sport version of the regular E28 box, but the M5 is a different PN. Does this refer to gearing only?? Or are there casing differences??

If anyone has info, it'd be much appreciated...
