i've always wondered if the tach w/ oil temp gauge from an e34 M5 will fit in our e28 cluster. wondering why bmw cheated the e28 M5 when the standard e28 already has the cutout for the mpg gauge. heck even the e30 M3 got it. anyone done this upgrade? thanks - jeff h

who sells used ones from VW/Porches cheap,and has some guage clusters if you want to mount them on the dash fake vent opening,as some do.E-mail me. Voltmeter/oilpress./oil temp/ or clock; take your choice.


I want to mount on the unused vent opening, how do I do it?
