Scroll down a bit and you'll find an M5 engine for sale. In stock tune the US version makes 256hp, and the euro version makes 288.

I'm not sure what an M-TECH 535i is - do you have any pictures you can share with us? I'd like to see.

Reg. the engine swap - sounds pricey to me. Are you sure you don't just want to sell your car and get an M5? You should be able to find a good (USA) runner for under $10K USD and a really fine one for around $16K.
