Alex, 12.5 and 13 are pretty much interchangeable, but if it's truly 1040, that sounds pretty short. I'd stick with the BMW part if I were you.


i look on the etk cd and the owners manual, the size of the belt is 12.5 x 1055. When i called my parts place they told me it is either that size or it can also be 13 x 1040. i would like to know if anyone has heard of this size before and can i have it. i just need to order the parts but i am here at work and cant measure the belt until i get home. i have number 144 built. could this size be something of the euro versions.
