No, but the blue book is. She seems to understand that she has a very rare vehicle. FYI about 1200 of these cars were imported into the US. The car uses a modified version of the engine found in the BMW M1. It is a collectors item.

The cars are very well made so if it has been cared for as advertized I would say it is a fair price.


Also, any general advice, warnings, etc. associated with this car?


Yes. Don't buy it unless you are comfortable spending $1k+ per year maintaining it.
