All right guys, high offer takes it. I plan on selling this in the next few hours. It's in good shape for 15 years old. Carpet could use a shampoo. All pieces included. No holes in shade. Retraction spring works. BMW speakers. It's Blue, but I don't know what shade of blue. The shade screen is Gray. It already has holes for the rear headrests. Attachment pieces for ceiling included. Email me for more pics and / or offer.
I'll pay shipping and insurance. Looking for $150 - $300 range. First to $300 takes it with a Free set of matching blue rear headrests and mounting brackets.
