I have one more reason to get the 535iS. It is available in a bright red color. No other E28 appears to be and for some reason every time I see the E28 in that color I take a second look. It just looks SO much better. If you decide on the 535iS (not i, but iS) try and look for the red.

In Europe, the M5 was available in red and the BMW factory Motorsport book has a nice picture of this with European bumpers that looks very neat.

Will an M5 cost me that much more to maintain than an 535is? I'm just starting out here, so thanks in advance for your patience.
