Armando:

I have not performed this procedure on the E28 M5. Perhaps my E30 procedure will give you some pointers and torque values that you can use. I have attached the URL to this mail. Please study your own system before you assume my procedure will be fine as I am told there are some additional coils in the E34 M5 system that might change things a bit in detail, if not in concept.

Since I run a small parts business I get my own parts. If you'd like a quote, please contact my partner at jack@elephantmotorsports.com.

Hey Guys (Ethan, Neal, Philo, others?)

I need a step-by-step instructions replacing these parts on my E28 M5. I am going to act as a helper to my brother-in-law, since he is a better mechanic than me. It would be a lot of help if I can print the instructions and the expertise you can provide, and take out the second guessing(he will also be less cranky!) He is actually pretty good on brakes, suspension, and other stuff, and I just found out... he can also do valve adjustments.... yes! :)

Also let me know what tools are necessary.

Phil. Where did you order the parts from?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Armando

Thanks Neil, I'll send an e-mail to your partner.

Armando
