The switch should click just as the throttles are completely closed. Loosen the 2 screws and slowly rotate until you get it right. kind of a trial and error process.



Does anyone have this Handy. My TPS doesn't click unless the throttle opens about 3/16th. Measurement is at where the cable connects. I recall a .020 spec at the throttle stop.

Anyone ??
