I would replace the semi-trailing arm bushes while you're in there. They are only $30/side and easy to get to once you have the subframe dropped.

Also, I noticed the difference for sure on my 200k-mile 88 iS. Much less fore-aft shudder under clutch slipping action at low speeds. Definitely worth it.

I then intend to replace the dogbones and then the axle carrier bushes. The trailing arm bushes seems very rigid so these will not be replaced.
