How does the swap look? Is it clean or did you have to tweak to get the thigh support and belt clasp to the other side?

The seat belt swap is exact because both seats have the exact same hole/location to accept either the female end of the seat belt latch/cable or the bracket for the web/belt attachment. You do have to make a 1/4 dia hole in the side of the seat to accept the horizontal plug of the thigh plastic cover if you choose to move the thigh switches/plastic cover to the door side of the seat. I just left mine where they originally were (access from tunnel side of the seat) because the switches are rarely used, access from tunnel side is good and side of the seat now exposed at the door looks satisfactory.
