if the leather is repairable it would cost around $500 to do all seating surfaces,if you decide on this insist on seeing the quality of work they do.if it is not repairable the new leather runs about $1800 not including labor.there are products from companies like leatherique for the DIY but i have never used or seen the results in person,a few on the boards have. as far as color availability you could get tan or black but there are very few black interior M5's around from what i understand.

Just bought an M5. dose anyone know what the cost to redo the leather. And what color choices were there for this car. every 1988 E28 M5 I've seen has the light tan color. Thanks
