The short answer is ys..it is pretty sstraight forward wiht a lift..suspend the engine and loosen the 4 subframe bolts, remove engine mount bolts...support the subframe and let it down low enough to clear the oil pan..you may have to remove the oil pump to clear the baffles in the pan
