i have an m635 and a us e34 m5. having never removed the headers, in the car they appear to be the same. i believe the e34 euro m5 has an even hotter header. If you where to build one, I would check into the possibility of using the e34 header.

If you find a euro e34 count me in. I will order one or possibly two.

IU had those thoughts myself. However, that I am aware the E34, M5 header will not fit on an E24 or E-28 ///M. The frame crossmember is located more forward on the E-34 than the E-24/28. Therefore, the E-24/28 crossmenber will interfer with the E-34 headers.
