I used this "flowable silicon" on my rear tail light gaskets with success FYI

so i am reasonably confident that my leak is the windshield gasket.

i also have a minor chip in my windshield.

what sort of cost am i looking at to get it fixed ? what about parts ? is this a DIY job ?

Go to parts store and get a tube of “flowable” silicone. Use as per the directions ... works great for about $3
