I found the answer to my own question. Lynco in Anaheim. 714-635-2800 $30 per wheel to repair. Depending on damage of course. Another $10 per wheel to strip them. Nutec in Placentia will then pick them up from Lynco andpowder coat them for another $40 per, $50 per if you want clear coat added.

Sounds like a sweet deal to me if you want to keep the original rims and have them look new.
